We are currently looking to recruit administrators on a temporary to permanent contract to work full-time. The role will entail work across Grafton Medical Partners sites, but will primarily be based at our Trevelyan House site in Tooting.
The administration team works in support of both clinical and non-clinical departments. The ideal candidate is required to assist with the management and development of patient care coordinating duties as well as liaising with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to district nurses, palliative care, social services and any other third party organisations.
