Please note that we do not accept requests for medication over the telephone. Patients can use online access to request repeat items. For acute medication, however, patients will require an appointment.
Requests for medication can also be emailed to us (email@example.com), requested online or in person at the practice where there are forms available for this.
Patients can also arrange for their nominated pharmacy to submit a request on their behalf. We ask that two days are allowed for the request to be processed.
