Hestia’s Refuge Referral Line
Hestia provides advocacy, confidential advice, and practical support to all victims of domestic abuse, including safety planning, risk assessment, support around obtaining protective civil orders, support letters, advice on housing options and referrals to other services depending on victim/survivor’s support needs.
Hestia’s Refuge Referral Line supports women and children experiencing domestic abuse to find safe, secure, and suitable refuge spaces across London.

Provides an Enhanced Support Service (ESS) to victim/survivors of domestic abuse with significant substance misuse issues, mental health issues and / or insecure housing / homelessness. Victim/survivors accessing this service will be allocated an IDVA and provided with support with a range of issues related to the abuse. Refuge also provide support to victim/survivors of financial and economical abuse.

Are a drop-in service for residents of the borough who are experiencing domestic abuse and would like to see an Independent Domestic Abuse Advisor (IDVA) for advice in person. Those impacted by domestic abuse can also seek legal and housing advice via this drop-in service. No appointment needed.

Provide art therapy, dance therapy and family psychotherapy services to those impacted by domestic abuse. STORM signpost to local support services where necessary and offer wider services including counselling, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes and other accredited courses, foodbank services, provision of hot meals and befriending groups.
